⭐WE WILL START PROMPTLY AT 7PM. LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ENTRY AS TO ENSURE NO DISTURBANCES TO OTHER PARTICIPANTS⭐

Please bring your own mats, blankets and pillows - if you don’t have these items please call the venue on 01706 223 222 as a limited amount may be able to be provided. ⭐Arrive on a light stomach to ensure you get the most out of your journey. ⭐Ensure you are hydrated prior to attending however do not drink too much so as you are uncomfortable when laid down. ⭐Avoid caffeine, alcohol and drugs 24 hours before the event. ⭐Bring water ⭐Bringing a journal to write down your experience at the end of the session can be helpful. ⭐Bring any small, clean items that you feel help your spiritual practice.

- first trimester of pregnancy

With four to choose from, situated on our private balcony overlooking the main room and suited to groups of between 6-10 people.
You can watch the show in style and comfort with your friends or family.
We also have a range of optional drink packages tailored to taste and budget which you can additionally attach to your booth for an all inclusive night out.
It's a perfect way to celebrate any occasion whilst experiencing some VIP treatment with a superb view of the stage.
